Tutorial: Installing Arabic fonts on Windows 7

Background: I've looked everywhere online for a tutorial that explains (if possible at all) how to install Arabic Fonts on Windows 7, to be able to read Arabic fonts on the web, especially on chat rooms like in Paltalk, or web-based chats, etc. I finally figured it out! Now, since there isn't anywhere on the web a tutorial to get this done, I have created one if anyone needs it.

Operating System in question: Microsoft Windows 7
Follow the steps below; in case you get lost anywhere, each step has a screen shot.
  1. Click the windows logo (Start)

  2. Click Control Panel

  3. Under Clock, Language, and Region, click Change keyboards or other input methods

  4. Under the Administrative tab, click Change system locale

  5. Now select the Language/country of choice, like Arabic (Iraq), etc.

  6. Finally, click Restart for the change to take effect
